Information For Graduands
Register Online
Registration for LASALLE Convocation 2019 is now open till 12 July 2019.
As some of your friends/classmates may have overlooked the need to register their attendance online, please assist in passing this information to those whom you know are eligible to attend the Convocation.
Confirmation Of Registration
After you have registered your attendance online, you will receive an email confirmation from the LASALLE Convocation team within five (5) working days. This email confirms your attendance, your invitation cards and additional invitation card requests (if any). A link and password will be included in the confirmation email for you to reserve your academic gown.
It is important that you receive this email confirmation. Please contact us at convocation@lasalle.edu.sg if you do not hear from us five (5) working days after registering your attendance.
Special Assistance
Please inform us if you require any assistance going on and off the Convocation stage. Graduands with mobility challenges (e.g. on wheelchair, using crutches, walking sticks), with hearing or visual impairment, may notify us at the point of your online attendance registration so that arrangements can be made.

Depending on the layout of the venue, graduands with mobility challenges may or may not be seated with their coursemates during the Convocation.
If You are a Full-Time National Servicemen (NSF)
You may approach the Division of Student Administration for an official Convocation letter. However, the decision as to whether you can be released from camp to attend the Convocation lies with MINDEF. The release of NSF is subject to exigencies of services and to each unit’s training schedule. The official Convocation letter can be shown to your officer, as MINDEF units would require evidence of the Convocation before releasing the NSF from their units for the day.

Reporting Time for Graduands: 12 noon
Ceremony Time: 2:30pm – 5:30pm
Venue: Singapore EXPO Convention & Exhibition Centre Hall 3, 1 Expo Drive, Singapore 486150
Registration Deadline: 12 July 2019
Only students who have registered online by 12 July 2019 will be allocated a seat and be presented on stage. Please register early to avoid disappointment.
