2023/24 at a glance
Reflecting on a year of transformation, evolution and celebration, LASALLE College of the Arts presents a Year in Review captured in moments of brilliance.
Here are some highlights from 2023/24:
- LASALLE celebrated 100 years of the College’s visionary founder, Brother Joseph McNally, with a year-long series of centenary celebration events. The launch was graced by Guest of Honour, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam.
- In the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2024, LASALLE is highest ranked in Southeast Asia for performing arts and joint top for art and design among specialist arts institutions.
- Five pioneering new degree programmes were launched, preparing students to excel in the highly digitised, globalised and eco-conscious creative industries.
- Accolades won by students and alumni include the Young Artist Award, UOB Painting of the Year, Harpers Bazaar Asia NewGen Fashion Award, National Youth Film Awards, Straits Times Life Theatre Awards and more.
- New partnerships were established with 19 institutions across the UK, USA, Europe and Asia.
