Tamil Murasu: Student artwork showcases the fusion of diverse Indian cultural traditions

Thirishaa Selvaraj, who graduates with a BA (Hons) Fine Arts, uses elements like sarees, rice powder and hair to connect shared experiences amongst Indian women. Often inspired by Hinduism and Indian mythology, she aims to revive traditions and rituals while reframing the meanings behind them.

Media release: LASALLE College of the Arts’ Class of 2025 champion imagination, community and social good

774 graduates from LASALLE College of the Arts received their Diplomas, Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Master’s degrees at a Convocation ceremony held at the Singapore Expo Convention & Exhibition Centre on 8 August. 16 graduates from the Class of 2025 also received the LASALLE Award for Academic Excellence, awarded to the top students in the cohort.

AsiaOne: Should we stop using generative AI?

Dr Muench expressed that generative AI hasn't changed artistic practice, but has changed the environment of artistic practice. He also spoke about how artists can use generative AI as a tool in their practice.
