The journey to success is different for each individual. Some are more comfortable choosing the 'conventional' route for fear of economic volatility. There are also those who are more encouraged to take 'bold' steps.

Aqil Fitri, for example, chose to leave his career as a nurse and returned to school to start his journey as an artiste.

In August, at the age of 28, the nursing diploma holder from Ngee Ann Polytechnic will graduate with a BA (Hons) Musical Theatre from LASALLE.

Lecturer (MA Art Therapy)

The School of Creative Industries is seeking to appoint a full-time lecturer for the MA Art Therapy programme—the first of its kind in Southeast Asia. This programme aims to develop qualified art therapists who are both culturally responsive and forward-thinking in today’s rapidly evolving world. This internationally approved programme, through the Australian, New Zealand and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA), further prepares graduates for professional credentials through that association.

Media release: Over 600 works to be unveiled at The LASALLE Show Exhibition 2025

Over 600 works by final year students from the Diploma, BA (Hons) and postgraduate programmes at LASALLE College of the Arts will be unveiled at The LASALLE Show Exhibition 2025.

The exhibition will open in galleries throughout the College’s McNally Campus from 22 May to 4 June 2025. A digital showcase will also launch on tls.lasalle.edu.sg on 22 May.
