LASALLE Grads on a Global Stage

LASALLE's 32nd Convocation ceremony took place earlier this month, and three members of the graduating batch have come together to share more about their personal journey in their respective fields.

Michelle Ler, winner of the prestigious McNally Award who graduated top of her class in BA(Hons) Musical Theatre, will be working as an assistant to the musical director on the Australian touring production of GREASE – The Arena Experience in 2019. Eshan Denipitiya, who graduated top of his cohort in BA(Hons) Music, shares more about experimenting with different musical genres, and his hope to one day stage a concert showcasing all his fusion pieces that integrate genres like electronic dance music, folk tunes and classical music, to name a few. Meanwhile, Nicole-Danielle Francis, who graduated with a Diploma in Animation, has been an Executive Assistant at Industrial Light & Magic, a division of Lucasfilm, for two months now, with plans to create her own films in future.
