At the heart of ‘research’ is discovery: the discovery of new phenomena or evidence, new knowledge, or arriving at a new understanding of something you thought you already knew.
Behind the journey of discovery is a person engaged in a process of asking questions, delving into ideas, plunging feet first into new territory and meeting challenges. Witness the discoveries the MA Arts and Cultural Leadership graduands made on their dissertation and research journeys, and get to know the faces and personalities behind the research.
Coming from diverse backgrounds, the graduating cohort explored questions of arts management, leadership and cultural policy in visual art, music, museology, creative hubs, creative industries development policy. Join them as they present their research findings in a seminar to be held at the library on 23 May.
