Dr Natalia Grincheva is an internationally recognised expert in innovative forms and global trends in contemporary museology, digital diplomacy and international cultural relations. She received many prestigious international academic awards, including Fulbright (2007–2009), Quebec Fund (2011–2013), Australian Endeavour (2012–2013) and SOROS research grant (2013–2014).

The LASALLE Show Exhibition is an annual exhibition by graduands from the Diploma, Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Master of Arts programmes. Featuring the works of students from design, fine arts, film, animation, fashion, dance, music, theatre, Asian art histories, art therapy, arts management, arts pedagogy and practice and creative writing.
In a collaborative project between LASALLE’s BA(Hons) Arts Management students and the Urban Redevelopment Authority, members of the public will be able discover new perspectives of heritage neighbourhoods Telok Ayer and Kampung Gelam. Titled Project Rediscover, the students worked with industry and community stakeholders, as well as BA(Hons) Acting classmates and alumni, to conceptualise a nine-part audio tour on Spotify and two month’s worth of informative content on Instagram.
Time-travel back to Telok Ayer, when it was a landing ground for Chinese immigrants, by tuning in to nine audio tours on Spotify on 16 April. For a walk down memory lane at Kampung Gelam, check out your daily feed on Instagram.
Woo Yen Yen is an innovative educator and cultural designer who adeptly bridges pedagogy and entrepreneurial creativity. She has worked professionally as an educator, filmmaker, publisher, tech founder and researcher, always striving to build a world more open to each other’s stories.
Dr Woo attained her doctorate from Teachers College, Columbia University, served as Associate Professor of Education at Long Island University, New York, and as Visiting Professor at National Central University, Taiwan.
Dr Prosser is an academic and writer who publishes in a range of forms and genres from academic publication to life-writing, prose and creative non-fiction. Dr Prosser has taught creative writing, literary studies, media and communications and gender studies in Australian universities for over 20 years.
Prior to joining LASALLE, she was Head of Department, English and Creative Writing at the University of Adelaide and taught in the Creative Writing Major, Honours in Creative Writing, and has supervised a number of Masters and PhDs in Creative Writing.
ARTWALK Little India’s first international collaboration has been revealed on the facade of Broadway Hotel at Serangoon Road. Standing at a magnificent seven-storeys tall, this mural is the work of Indian artist Bhajju Shyam and Singaporean artist Sam Lo. Alongside their creation, five other works were also unveiled within the heritage precinct.
In Spite Of the pandemic, popular public arts festival ARTWALK Little India (ARTWALK) returns to celebrate the rich heritage of the precinct from 22 January to 6 February 2021, demonstrating how art continues to fuel and inspire even in challenging times. Held in conjunction with Singapore Art Week, this year’s festival will be presented in a hybrid format for the first time, featuring both digital and on-site programmes.
ARTWALK Little India is an annual multidisciplinary public arts project set in the cultural precinct of Little India. Through artworks such as wall murals, workshops, music and performances, artists bring to life the history and traditions of Little India through a multisensory art experience.
