Higher Education Community Bursary

Higher Education Community Bursary (formerly known as CDC/CCC Bursary) is a government bursary helping to support the education expenses for Singaporean students enrolled in MOE-subsidised courses in publicly-funded PSEIs. This bursary is awarded to student pursuing full-time Diploma or BA (Hons) studies at LASALLE.

Eligibility
  • Full-time registered students pursuing Diploma studies with LASALLE.
  • Singapore Citizens.
  • Eligible for MOE Tuition Grant (TG).
  • Per Capita Income (PCI) or Gross Household Income (GHI) as stated in the table below.
  • New students must already be enrolled in the AY2023 intake before they can apply for the bursaries.
  • Students must not concurrently be holding full scholarships/sponsorships.
  • Students who are in employment and receiving salaries, allowances or other incentives equivalent to full scholarship/sponsorship will not be eligible to apply.
Value and tenure
PCI (Per Capita Income) Gross Household Income (GHI) Quantum
≤ S$750 ≤S$3,000 S$2,950 for one year
S$751 – S$1,100 S$3,001 – S$4,400 S$2,600 for one year
Application period

Application is open from 1 December 2023 to 15 January 2024 for students.

Repeated applications within the same Academic Year (AY) will not be considered. If you were already awarded the HECB/HEB in AY2023 from LASALLE or from your previous institution, you are not eligible to receive the HECB/HEB again in the same AY. You may reapply in AY2024.

Successful applicants will be notified via email at the end of February 2024.
