Founded in 1994, PHUNK is a Singapore-based contemporary art and design collective. Its creative vision embraces a broad range of media, from painting, print, sculpture, video, and sound to typography, graphic design and animation.
PHUNK’s works have been shown in various solo exhibitions, including the Singapore History Museum (2005) and the Museum of Contemporary Art, Taipei (2007). PHUNK has participated in group shows in Yokohama Museum of Art, Japan (2013); Singapore Art Museum (2012); Wereldmuseum, Rotterdam (2011); and Design Museum, London (2007).
PHUNK received the President’s Design Award in 2007, the highest accolade for designers in Singapore.
