Mira finds profound joy in helping people enhance a sense of self, build emotional resilience and psychological vitality, and establish healthy social relationships. Through the creative modality of visual arts, she helps individuals who experience emotional and psychological distress, addictions, eating disorders, grief and loss, family conflicts, transitions in life, and mental health issues.
Mira is an avid abstract art painter and was previously trained as a linguist with a Masters in Applied Linguistics from the National University of Singapore, which she followed up with a Masters in Special Education from California State University, Los Angeles.
