Coming soon! Creative Writing: Writing Books for Young Children

Fans of children's literature – learn how to transpose your love of the imaginative world of little ones' books into actual writing. Children’s literature opens up and taps into a variety of key skills in creative writing, such as visual literacy, characterisation, storytelling, poetry and voice.

About the trainer
Ng Swee San has scripted for critically-acclaimed local television shows such as Code of Law , The Pupil, Titoudao (2020) and Tanglin. She has also written for popular children’s shows such as Leo the Wildlife Ranger (2022), Ollie (2021) and Totally Toto (2018).

Four of her picture books, including the Really Wheelie Buddies series have been published by leading local publisher Epigram Books. She also edited a series of picture books for the Singapore Navy’s 50th anniversary.
