Fashion students all over graduate into a competitive industry, and while some are determined or have the opportunity to pursue their dreams as full-fledged fashion designers, many more seek out alternative career paths as stylists, writers, and brand executives.
Two graduands from LASALLE’s BA(Hons) Fashion Design and Textiles programme shared with Lianhe Zaobao how internships prepared them for their future careers within the industry. From opening their eyes to the realities of the field, to allowing them the opportunity to gain useful experiences, both graduands are optimistic about their futures within fashion.
