Sustainability, blending the digital world with the analog, and an appreciation of nature and material heritage were among the themes explored at Simulation, LASALLE's Graduate Fashion Show. Simulation featured fourteen collections from the BA(Hons) Fashion Design and Textiles graduands of 2019.
Menswear designer Melissa Lim took home the overall award for Best Fashion Collection of the evening, while Rena Kok won the Swarovski prize for best use of Swarovski crystals. As part of her prize, Rena will have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to travel to the Swarovski headquarters in Wattens, Austria, to learn more about the crystals and meet other designers from around the world.
