Professor Ruth Rentschler, Associate Dean of Research Education and Professor Arts and Cultural Leadership at the University of South Australia, discussed her latest research about men and women on arts boards. Professor Rentschler has 20 years of experience working in governance, management and marketing in the non-profit sphere at local, state, national and international levels.
