Peter Seah Scholarship

The Peter Seah Scholarship is a prestigious scholarship designed to attract talent, promote excellence and develop leaders in the arts and creative industries.

Eligibility
  • Singapore citizens and permanent residents.
  • Applicants must have been offered a place in a full-time programme for the August 2024 intake.
  • Non-recipients of any other scholarships/bursaries/financial aid awarded by external organisations.
Assessment criteria
  • Impressive academic records and portfolio/audition.
  • Outstanding performance, track record and/or relevant experience in chosen art discipline.
  • Demonstrate engagement in chosen discipline with activities outside of coursework, such as participation and/or achievements in performances/exhibitions.
  • Display strong leadership qualities as well as Impressive academic records and portfolio/audition.
Value and tenure

S$5,400 per academic year for a maximum of three (3) years or the minimum duration required to complete the Diploma course, whichever is shorter.

The scholarship recipient must maintain good academic performance with a CGPA of at least 4.0 every academic year in order to be considered for subsequent years of scholarship, subject to a maximum of three (3) years or the minimum duration required to complete the course, whichever is shorter.

Application period

Application is open from 19 January to 15 May 2024 for new students.

Shortlisted applicants are expected to attend an interview in May/June 2024.

Successful applicants will be notified via email at the end of July 2024.
