TAK Design Bursary
The TAK Design Bursary is awarded to Year 1 students from the Faculty of Design, with priority given to those from the School of Spatial and Product Design, who require financial assistance to support them throughout their three years in LASALLE.
Eligibility
- Singapore citizens.
- Applicants who are enrolling in a full-time programme for the August 2025 intake.
- BA (Hons) Interior Design
- BA (Hons) Product Design
- BA (Hons) Design Communication
- BA (Hons) Fashion Design and Textiles
- BA (Hons) Fashion Media and Industries
- Good conduct and satisfactory academic performance.
- Non-recipients of any other scholarships/bursaries/financial aid awarded by LASALLE, UAS or other organisations (except Higher Education Community Bursary or Higher Education Bursary).
- Gross monthly per capita income (PCI) of S$2,500 and below.
Value and tenure
S$8,000 per academic year.
Based on students’ financial needs and satisfactory academic performance, renewal of this bursary is reviewed on a yearly basis and covers up to a maximum of three (3) years or the minimum duration required to complete the programme, whichever is shorter.
Note: Bursary applicants will be considered for the Higher Education Community Bursary or Higher Education Bursary if they are eligible.
Application period
Application is open from 17 January to 14 May 2025 for new students.

Successful applicants will be notified via email at the end of July 2025.
