Marcus Lam is the Executive Chairman of PwC Singapore and he is with the firm for more than 25 years. Marcus has many years of professional experience providing audit and advisory and consulting services to listed companies, multinational corporations and government agencies across different industries and sectors in Singapore.
Outside of PwC, Marcus is very active in the nonprofit sectors. He is the Vice President of the Parkinson Society Singapore, Deputy Chairman of the Singapore Polytechnic Board of Governors, a Member of the Accounting Standards Council (ASC) and a Council Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
In addition, he is the Chairman of the Edusave Advisory Council, Ministry of Education, Board Member of the Alumni Advisory Board of Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.
Mr Lam holds a First Class (Honours) Accountancy degree from the Nanyang Technological University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a practicing member of ISCA and a member of the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA).
