Mr. Ho Song Lian Mark

Director, Polytechnic and ITE Policy, Ministry of Education

Mark Ho is Director of the Polytechnic and ITE Policy Branch, in the Ministry of Education.

Before overseeing the policies related to polytechnics and Institute of Technical Education (ITE), Mark spent his time in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and Ministry of Health (MOH). He is humbled to be involved in formulating, implementing and reviewing key policies in each of these Ministries.

Mr Ho obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Cambridge, and Masters in Cultural and Social Anthropology and Masters in Science in Management for Experienced Leaders from Stanford University. He is also a Sloan Fellow.
