The iF Design Awards is the oldest independent design seal in the world, originating in Germany during the 1950s Bauhaus movement. It is recognised internationally as a symbol of outstanding design accomplishments that focuses on innovation, excellent form, ergonomics, high aesthetic quality, and efficient design across all disciplines. Each year, companies, designers, agencies, builders, and architects from 70 countries submit over 5000 entries for judging. Only those who pass the test will obtain the symbol of iF.
