The International Animation Festival (FIA) is an exhibition and promotion space for animated shorts generated by students and graduates from animation schools, high-school students, freelance animators and animation studios all over the world.

FIA is an annual event organised by the School of Communication and Design of ORT University Uruguay, declared of Cultural Interest by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Uruguay.
