At LASALLE, Nadya oversees the Cultural and Contextual Studies for the BA(Hons) Fashion Design and Textiles, and BA(Hons) Fashion Media and Industries programmes, where she teaches fashion history and theories, as well as academic and functional reading and writing. She is also the industry liaison for the School of Fashion, connecting with industry partners and preparing undergraduates for industry placements and post-graduation employment opportunities.

Nadya has co-organised and emceed several events at LASALLE, including the inaugural Singapore Fashion Week Talk series that was in collaboration with Singapore Fashion Week and the Council of Fashion Designers of America, the Asia Fashion Future Conference that was together with the British Council, the Digital Fashion Week, as well as the Who is the Future Designer? talks.

In addition, Nadya is co-founder and editor of Art & Market, or A&M – an online journalistic platform which takes an incisive look at the business of art in Asia, with a focus on Southeast Asia. She was previously managing editor of the quarterly print publication Art Republik, which she worked on for five years. 

Nadya is currently pursuing her PhD in History of Art at Courtauld Institute of Art, University of London.
