MsLeow Siew Jin

Ms Leow Siew Jin is Senior Deputy Director of the Higher Education Planning Office at the Ministry of Education (MOE), overseeing cross-cutting strategic issues and policies within the higher education and skills landscape.

Prior to joining MOE, Siew Jin spent her time at the Singapore Land Authority, Ministry of Manpower, and the Prime Minister’s Office (Strategy Group), working on varied issues relating to infrastructure development, social policies and economic and sustainability strategies. She also spent some time in the private sector developing business transformation strategies and investing in start-ups in the maritime and logistics sectors.

Ms Leow graduated from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations.
