Jeffrey's acting career began at the storied Stratford Shakespeare Festival where he was the winner of both the Patterson Award for Apprenticeship and a Tyrone Guthrie Award to study stage combat in London. He has acted at the Watford Palace Theatre in England, off Broadway as well as in many regional theatres in the US.

Jeffrey was a guest artist and visiting lecturer at Cornell University for seven years while chairing the school board in Queens, New York.

Research and Practice

Founding Member of avant-garde theatre company, The Cherry Arts Collective in Ithaca, New York. He is providing guidance as well as scripts to this company from contemporary Singaporean playwrights.
