Devised by the cast, led by director Ang Gey Pin and assistant director Ranice Tay
The Silly Little Girl and The Funny Old Tree is, quite simply, about a girl and her tree. It is also about love, grief, sacrifice and the times we live in now. It is a tribute to theatrical possibilities and the potentialities of the human body, as the cast comes together in a series of fleeting images to orchestrate an ensemble response to this classic text in Singapore theatre.
Featuring the Level 2 students from BA(Hons) Acting, in collaboration with the Diploma in Theatre Production and Management programme.
