ExhibitionThe Global Postcard 2025 is an international collaborative online drawing project which revisits the format and poetics of the postcard as a medium that bridges time and space.
Through image-making, participants reflect on the concepts of communication, home, movement and tactility by capturing instances of home and what it entails. Exploring methods such as layering, juxtaposition and experimenting with materials, colour, textures and text, personal narratives are woven together to form a collage of memories. Eventually, a series of collective images embedded with the dynamism of co-creation and collaboration is presented to mark a uniquely collaborative design-making process.
