About the trainer

John Yuen

John Yuen is a practising commercial and corporate photographer with over 30 years experience shooting food, product, corporate portraiture, company profiles and annual reports for international and local companies.

He has covered various CSR projects in many Asian countries for Deutsche Bank and Microsoft. He has also covered high profile events and royal visits for the British High Commission and various inter-governmental forums held in Singapore.

On a personal level, he enjoys people and people watching, observing the happenings of life and its interactions. He believes there is beauty in everything—even the seemingly mundane—and continually seeks to capture it through his observations and imagery.

Open to all intermediate photographers with an understanding of photography fundamentals such as lens aperture, shutter speed, ISO and depth of field.
