All graduands and guests are required to take note of the following information.
Where will the LASALLE Postgraduate Convocation ceremony be held?
The LASALLE Postgraduate Convocation ceremony will be held at the Singapore Airlines Theatre, Basement 1, LASALLE College of the Arts.
Is the venue wheelchair-accessible?
Seating arrangements can be made for guests who require special mobility assistance, please write to [email protected].
Will there be a reception after the ceremony?
Yes, a buffet reception will be served after the ceremony. All graduates and their guests are invited to this reception.
How many guests can I invite?
Each will be allowed to bring a maximum of two guests.
Can I purchase extra tickets for guests?
Please email [email protected] if you wish to invite more than two guests.
What if my guests are late?
To ensure that we are able to start and end the ceremony on time and to minimise disruption to the ceremonial proceedings, guests who are late will only be ushered in at an appropriate juncture.
If I am unable to attend Convocation, how can I collect my certificate?
Please email [email protected] to arrange for the collection of your certificate. All certificates must be collected by Friday 19 December 2025. Beyond this date, the College shall have the discretion to dispose of uncollected certificates.
How do I collect my photographs?
Photographs may be purchased from Creative District. Please call 8899 6187 or email [email protected]. When you rent your gown, do inform them that you would like to purchase photographs and collection details will be provided thereafter.
What is the dress code for graduating students and guests?
Smart casual.
