Elliott Tan
A well-versed musician, Elliott majored in electronic music at LASALLE. Her dissertation presented research and critical thinking into hyper-reality in the sub-genre hyper-pop.
Elliott has been involved in the local arts scene since 2017. She performs as a session bassist for local singer-songwriter Marian Carmel and has also accompanied other local artists such as Shazza, aeriqah, Jeyes and Houg on stage. Under the moniker Wednesday’s Child, Elliott has released two self-produced singles with a combined 175,000 streams on Spotify. More recently, Elliott has also expanded her portfolio by lending her talents to sound design for film and theatre.
Elliott’s portfolio is a testament to her artistic skills, innovation and originality. Her compositions and sound designs reflect a deep understanding of music and a unique creative vision. Elliott’s work in music production further demonstrates her ability to innovate and push the boundaries of her field.
Following graduation, Elliott will be pursuing a master’s degree before working in the field of sound design.
