QUEST: The Art of Question is a two-hour experiential session that explores how questions shape the way we understand ourselves and others.
In a world which values answers, this workshop invites participants into a different way of relating, one grounded in curiosity, presence and genuine dialogue. Through guided reflection and a unique question-based practice, participants will discover how moving away from answers can open deeper insight, connection and awareness.
This session is relevant for students, educators and practitioners interested in communication, psychology and the human experience.
