About the trainer
Alvin Mark Tan is an oil painter based in Singapore who also illustrates with ink and watercolour. His commissioned works range from still life drawings to portraits and murals. Alvin is an adjunct lecturer in LASALLE’s Puttnam School of Film & Animation. He teaches figure drawing and makes YouTube videos. Alvin loves being in the great outdoors doing plein air oil paintings and urban sketching. His goal in becoming a full-time artist is to encourage others to live full lives in their vocations.
