This eight-week programme introduces practical techniques to build awareness, resilience and overall well-being.
Through mindfulness practices such as meditation, gentle movement and group sharing, you will learn to manage stress and daily challenges with greater calm and clarity.
Over the duration of the course, you will take on weekly sessions and a retreat, experiencing a structured way to cultivate mindfulness skills that improve focus, creativity and relationships. Open to individuals from all backgrounds, this course provides a supportive environment for personal growth and self-awareness.
About the trainer
Christina Liew
Christina Liew is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher, credentialed by Brown University’s School of Public Health, and is trained to deliver the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy course through the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation.
An accountancy graduate from the Nanyang Technological University and former associate lecturer, she brings together academic rigour, professional insight and heartfelt compassion in her work.
Christina’s passion for mindfulness is rooted in her personal journey of using mindful parenting to strengthen her own family, fuelling her commitment to helping others. As a former head of mindfulness programmes at a registered charity, Christina has designed and led evidence-based programmes across healthcare, education, government and corporate sectors. She has delivered workshops for organisations such as the Ministry of Home Affairs, Singapore Prison Service, HSBC, Metta Welfare Services, Lions Befrienders and more.
