Landscape painting is regarded as the highest form of Chinese ink painting. In this course, participants will work on large pieces of artwork with a focus on painting various landscapes and surrounding objects with accuracy. This course is suitable for those who have completed Chinese Ink Painting level XV and/or professional artists who are looking to deepen their techniques in landscape painting. See Singapore through a travel drawing eye. Travel sketching is a new and deeper way to engage with your environment within any city or country you visit. Learn basic skills and easy techniques that can be used during your travels with travelling sketch artist Susan Olij. This course is ideal for those who want to learn how to operate the basic functions of a digital camera. You will learn about f-stop, shutter speed, film speed and how these three functions interact. You will also learn the basics of composition on shooting excursions every week, giving you a chance to practise techniques learned in class. The prerequisite for Level II is the completion of the previous level or prior knowledge in digital photography. Applicants with no prior experience are encouraged to start from Level I.

Learn basic jewellery sketching and drawing techniques using colour pencils and artist gouache to illustrate gold, silver, diamonds and gemstones. Learn to be more aware of your body in space and how to move with different dynamics in classes that focus on bodily release, organic movement and the connection between your centre and extremities. Classes progress weekly, and will provide you with approaches and techniques that build your core strength, posture, flexibility and musicality. Each session includes time on the floor (to focus on alignment and strength), movement (through travelling steps and jumps) and balance (curving with your body and shifting your weight).
