At the intersection of art and innovation, Kray Chen has evolved from being a celebrated visual artist to a leading product developer and manager. His expertise in design-thinking and innovation drives user-centric solutions that balance artistic sensibilities with practical design methodologies, resulting in products that are useful, functional and relatable.
A recipient of the National Arts Council's Young Artist Award (2017), Kray has presented around the world with notable participations in the Tokyo Biennial (2020), Singapore Biennale (2019), Art Encounters Biennial (2019), Bangkok Art Biennale (2018), Art Stage and Singapore International Film Festival (2016) and FRAC Des Pays De La Loire in France (2015). His works have also been shown at prominent venues such as the Singapore Art Museum, National Gallery Singapore and Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay.
