Entry: Mirai Rice Cooker
Rice is a staple food source in Asia, and yet also one of the largest contributors to the food waste epidemic. Mirai presents an innovative solution to this issue. This rice cooker features a unique cooking pot with a moulded bottom that is specially designed to re-cook leftover rice into crispy toasted rice cakes, which is a delicacy in many Asian cultures.

Entry: Waist Bowl
Many run the risk of spilling a bowl's contents when they try to manoeuvre their fingers out from between the bowl's foot ring and the table surface. Waist Bowl addresses this problem with an elevated foot ring that is moulded for ideal grip from one's finger pads.

Entry: OCD Switch
Observations about human behaviour and the subconscious tells us that humans are naturally attracted to order, pattern and symmetry. OCD Switch takes advantage of such a predisposition, and employs an interruption of a geometric pattern on the switch to remind users of a light's turn-on mode, thereby encouraging them to turn-off the switch after use and to decrease electricity consumption.

Swash is a mini clothes washer for individuals who have no need for space for a full-sized washing machine. It replaces the strenuous act of hand washing clothes by incorporating the washing process of a washing machine, delivering a similar result within a unit that is compact and portable.

PIPÉRINE and CRYSTALLINE is a set of salt and pepper grinders that uses the principle of gravity and centripetal force as its main mechanism. Equipped with a cylindrical weight at the end of their spinning shaft, this innovation allows the user to perform the grinding process single-handedly and with less effort.
