Teng Hong began his career as an advertising art director before moving on to the world of graphic design where he was part of the design team that birthed the brand identity of Banyan Tree Phuket. Subsequently, he honed his copywriting skills with a slew of advertising agencies, writing emotive prose for clients ranging from fast moving consumer goods to cars, airlines and listed blue chip conglomerates. His keen sense of visual literacy and effective and emotive copy is a winning combination for all of his clients.

Always a team player, mentoring and motivating comes second nature to Teng Hong in his previous teaching stint at Temasek Design School as well as in his regional roles as Design Director/Creative Director with several top notch, international branding and design agencies.

Teng Hong is also the founder of think foundry, a multi-disciplinary creative collective that provides effective design solutions for clients in the areas of branding, advertising, publication design and web design.
