Sven Tan is the co-founder and creative director of In Good Company, established in 2012. The label has since expanded into international markets including the Philippines, Dubai, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Thailand, with standalone lifestyle stores across Southeast Asia. 

Sven was named Designer of the Year at the Singapore Design Awards (2016) for his work with the brand. In 2025, In Good Company marked a decade of its flagship store at Ion Orchard with a runway show at the National Gallery Singapore. 

Earlier in his career, he was principal designer at Alldressedup, one of Asia’s first fashion labels to achieve international retail presence at Saks Fifth Avenue and Lane Crawford. He was offered the role after winning the inaugural Mercedes-Benz Asian Fashion Award in 2005, setting the stage for a career that continues to shape contemporary fashion in Singapore and the region.
