Lim Si Ping is an experience design leader at Gensler New York, where she creates immersive environments that fuse design, technology and human storytelling. A DesignSingapore Scholar and MFA graduate from Parsons, she has led transformative projects for clients including Deloitte, Verizon and Deutsche Bank, redefining how digital experiences shape the built environment. 

Her work spans commercial and cultural platforms: she created a projection piece for Singapore’s i Light Festival (2012), later shown in Bangkok and Chongqing, and has been featured in The Straits Times, Tatler and Harper’s Bazaar

She has performed for a 3,000-strong audience at IBM Watson’s Las Vegas conference (2016) and spoken at the South China Morning Post’s Women of Our Time event (2018). Recognised as a Tatler Asia Gen.T Young Leader and featured in Lürzer’s Archive and Computer Arts Magazine, Si Ping continues to push boundaries at Gensler’s Experience Design Lab, exploring AI to deepen human connection through design.
