Following a successful collaboration in 2022, the Diploma in Fine Arts programme in the McNally School of Fine Arts, LASALLE College of the Arts and the Visual Arts & Visual Communication Design programme in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS), Sabancı University embarked on another online collaborative project in 2023.

Students from both institutions worked together online and produced artworks from the proposed topics before showcasing their artworks at FASS Art Gallery, Sabancı University, followed by LASALLE’s Institute of Contemporary Arts Singapore.

This collaborative project is a continuation of past artistic collaborations between Sabancı University and LASALLE spanning exhibitions, workshops and seminars, such as Now and Then, Here and There (2010), Takeaways (2010), SPARKS (2011), NINE+- (2012), Creating Together (2013), sMall iDeas (2014) and Project 3V: Visualize, Voice and Vision (2021 & 2022).

Project 3V.3 (Visualize, Voice and Vision) encourages student artists and designers to engage collectively in critical analysis, reflection and research to investigate the issues around social, cultural, historical, environmental and contemporary artistic practices. Through online seminars with students and supervisors from both institutions, the collaboration discussed the concepts of global cities, environment and sustainability.
