The LASALLE Show Exhibition is an annual exhibition by final year students from the diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Showcasing the works of students from design, fine arts, film, animation, dance, music, theatre and art therapy, The LASALLE Show Exhibition 2023 marks the grand finale of an artistic education in creativity and imagination and the transformation of these young talents into professional artists in the larger creative industries ecosystem.

The objective of the workshops during this week is to celebrating women in design in pictures and words.

In conjunction with International Women’s Day 2023, LASALLE's Faculty of Design presents Women in Design Week 2023 – Voices for a Creative Future, from 13 to 17 March 2023.

The objective of this event is to provide a platform for female creatives to share and discuss their creative journeys and pursuits as a knowledge exchange, inspirational guidance and mentorship opportunities. 

'make, shift' serves not only as an exhibition space, but also a making space where the creation and ongoing development of new exhibits are the main focus. Starting from an empty white space, the exhibition gradually progressed to become filled with exhibits resulting from various activities.

Common Thread surveys the works of fashion designers and the journeys taken to develop their works. The works featured in this exhibition draw from the designers' cultural roots — all while pushing the boundaries of the traditional. As a result, the works also act as a reflection of the designers' personal relationship with their cultural backgrounds.
