New! Introduction to Jukebox Musical writing for TV/Film

This course is an introductory writing workshop for those interested in learning how to write a jukebox musical for TV or film.

If you love to tell stories, pop songs and dance, then there is no better medium than a jukebox musical to combine your multiple interests. Learn the basics of scriptwriting and how to weave your favourite songs (and maybe even dance moves) into the narrative of a short story for TV series/film.

This informative and engaging workshop will lay out the fundamentals of writing a script for a jukebox musical for TV or film by introducing and discussing the essential elements of writing a short script. Learners must write one short script of not more than 30 minutes with one-to-one guidance from instructor and group work/feedback to complete the course.
