In To Thread, Khiew Huey Chian, LASALLE MA Fine Arts alumnus, collaborates with current LASALLE’s Fine Arts students. Khiew shares his fond memories of the new campus, bridging past and present, time and space. Partially altering and shifting the visual perception of the architecture, the artist ran sewing threads from one end of the building to another, to create awareness of absence and presence of form. This evokes notions of change, adaptability, links and disconnections occurring in the space. The work completes the Plotline Series presenting various works engaging with the campus surrounding.

This exhibition is organised by Institute of Contemporary Arts Singapore, LASALLE College of the Arts.
