This lunchtime concert will feature a jazz quintet led by LASALLE’s School of Contemporary Music (SoCM) lecturer in popular music, Darren Moore. All compositions are written by Darren and features leading lights of the Singapore jazz scene. The quintet comprises of Darren Moore (drums); SoCM programme leader, Tim O'Dwyer (saxophone); part-time SoCM lecturers Greg Lyons (saxophone), Andrew Lim (guitar) and Tony Makarome (bass). The music can be described as a mixture of modern jazz, with influences from electronica, free jazz and experimental music.
