The position holder will lead and be responsible for the smooth running of the Division. This includes ensuring that fundraising activities meet or exceed agreed goals and that alumni relations are well established and maintained. Being a newly created position, the incumbent is expected to propose prospective fundraising opportunities, events, programs and projects to be carried out, enhance and develop alumni relations, and map out organisational structure with complement of staffing and budget needed to set up the Division and to implement the programs and activities to meet the objectives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• At least 6 to 8 years of postgraduate experience, with at least 3 years track record in alumni relations and fundraising
• Experience working within the education sector would be an advantage
• Success in planning and implementing new projects.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Able to motivate and lead staff.
• Able to network socially and professionally.
